DEPOSITS 

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Without this deposit, your appointment will not be secured. Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before your appointment. After that, a new deposit is required. 

 

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancellations within 48 hours of appointment or no-shows for first-time clients will require full payment of outstanding amount. This must be completed in 48 hours. For returning clients, this will require a payment of 50% of outstanding amount. Failure to comply with payment will result in being placed on our blacklist and future appointments may not be accommodated. Cancellations and rescheduling can be done by clicking the link down below in your confirmation e-mail.

REFUNDS

Refunds will not be accomodated under any circumstance, however, we are open to discuss possibilities that may satisfy both parties. Refunds for deposits are solely accomodated under the circumstance of your appointment being cancelled by the nail-artist.
 
ICY CUTICLES EST. 2023 is not responsible for any loss or damages of personal belongings.
 

LATE ARRIVALS AND FEES

There are no additional late fees, however, please be considerate enough to let your nail artist know if you are running late. Showing up late could result in a domino effect on the days schedule due to back to back bookings. To avoid this, your nail artist might have to adjust your needs to fit the available time frame. 

If you're more than 20 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and cancellation policy regarding payment of remaining balance will be applied. A new deposit is required for a new appointment.
 

SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS

Squeeze-in fees (€20) must be paid before your arrival for the appointment. For squeeze-in's please text us!
 

PAYMENT METHODS

At the moment, we accept payments via mobile payment request (for example Tikkie) or cash. Unfortunately we do not carry change at the salon, please be aware of this in case of not having the exact amount. The nearest ATM-machine is located inside supermarket Albert Heijn, located in Columbuskwartier.
 

MAINTENANCE AND GUARANTEE

Maintenance for your nails is free of charge within five days from your last appointment, covering issues like lifting, chipping, or charm loss. After the guarantee period, a maintenance fee will be applied for each nail. We kindly request that you treat your nails as jewelry, not tools, to prevent damage. If you notice lifting during the guarantee period, please inform us promptly to address the issue safely and prevent complications like snagging, nail injury, or "greenies."

 

FOREIGN REMOVALS

We do offer the removal of other nail technicians' work. However, due to the varied materials used, we charge a fee for this service. Materials like acrylic or hard gels require extra time for safe removal. Please inform us in advance if you need this service, so we can assess the feasibility and determine the best approach.

As of May 2023, ICY CUTICLES EST. 2023 is certified by Sabrinails Academy for BIAB and Russian Manicure treatments. This course goes over different aspects such as perfecting BIAB and other gel techniques, nail anatomy, nail health and safely handling an electrical nail file.
